Chicken Cheese Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shredded carrot
1/4 c. chopped onion
4 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. whole milk
1 (13 1/4 oz.) can chicken broth
2 c. diced, cooked chicken
2 Tbsp. white wine
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
salt to taste
Preparation

In a large pan, cook carrots and onion in butter until tender. Blend in flour; add milk and broth.
Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
Stir in chicken, wine, celery seed and Worcestershire sauce.
Heat well.
Add cheese.
Stir until melted.
