Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cauliflower, cleaned and separated
    equal amount of carrots, diced
    1 can cream of celery soup
    croutons
Preparation
    Precook cauliflower and carrots 5 minutes in boiling water. Drain. Layer cauliflower and carrots in a casserole dish. Top with soup. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Sprinkle top with croutons (cheese is optional). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
