Snow Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, separated
    1/4 lb. oleo
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. nuts
    2/3 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 box vanilla wafers
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 can coconut
Preparation
    Cream sugar, oleo and egg yolk.
    Fold in pecans and pineapple. Add egg whites.
    Put mixture between three vanilla wafers.
    Set overnight.
    Ice with whipping cream and sprinkle with coconut.
