Barbecued Sirloin Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3-inch) thick cut sirloin
1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
1/3 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Sprinkle both sides of roast with monosodium glutamate.
Place in a shallow baking dish.
Thoroughly combine vinegar, catsup, cooking oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Pour mixture over roast and marinate for 2 to 3 hours, turning once or twice.
Place roast on grill or broiler pan for about 45 minutes to an hour, turning and basting every 10 to 15 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
