Heart Healthy Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 egg and 2 egg whites
1/2 c. canola oil
3/4 c. water
2 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients, except nuts and raisins.
In another bowl, mix oil, egg and egg whites, water and pumpkin.
Add to dry ingredients.
Mix thoroughly. Stir in raisins and nuts.
