Savory Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    2 c. water
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 pkg. Sawyer's beef stew seasoning
Preparation
    Brown steak on both sides.
    Add water, tomato paste and contents of the beef stew seasoning package.
    Simmer while covered for 2 hours.
    Serves 4 to 6.
