Buttery Pasta With Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked spaghetti (7 oz. uncooked)
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 (12 oz.) pkg. shrimp
    grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. cubed tomatoes
Preparation
    Have ready cooked spaghetti.
    In heavy saucepan, melt butter and add remaining ingredients (except tomatoes and cheese).
    Stir to blend.
    Cook over medium heat, 5 to 7 minutes.
    Add spaghetti; stir to blend.
    Continue cooking over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until spaghetti is heated through, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add tomatoes.
    Cover; let stand 1 minute. Before serving, sprinkle cheese over top.
    Carrots and celery may be added if desired.
