Steak And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    1 stick margarine, divided
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can beef consomme
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
Preparation
    Slice steak into 1/4-inch wide strips.
    Melt one to two tablespoons
    of the margarine in the skillet over medium heat; add meat
    and
    cook until brown.
    Pour meat and uncooked rice into lightly greased dish.
    Add consomme, onion, mushrooms and remainder of margarine.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
