Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. mushrooms or 1 jar
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. butter
    1 large piece round steak
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. beef bouillon, in 2 c. boiling water
    1 container sour cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms and onion in butter.
    Remove from pan.
    Remove fat and bone from steak and cut into bite size pieces.
    Put flour in bag.
    Add meat to coat, then brown meat in 2 tablespoons butter.
    After meat has browned good, add dissolved bouillon to pan and simmer for 1 hour or more. Add mushrooms, onion and sour cream and heat until all is warm.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
