Baked Chicken In Wine Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut up and skinned
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 soup can water
    1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions
    3/4 c. Sauterne
Preparation
    Rinse chicken and pat dry.
    Place in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Add mixture of soup and water; top with French fried onions.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Add wine.
    Bake for 1 hour longer.
    Serve chicken with gravy over rice or noodles. Yield:
    4 servings.
