Greek Artichoke Spinach Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans artichoke hearts
2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed
1 can sliced black olives, drained (reserve 1/2 can)
dash of onion salt
1/4 c. sour cream
Feta cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Smooth to slightly chunky.
Bake in glass casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Top with remaining olives and serve with toast points, crackers or fresh veggies.
