Shrimp Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. soy sauce
dash of white pepper
4 c. shredded cabbage (pre-packaged coleslaw mix works great!)
vegetable oil
1 can baby shrimp
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1 lb. egg roll skins
1 tsp. five spice powder
1 c. bean sprouts
sweet and sour sauce
Preparation

Mix cornstarch, soy sauce and white pepper; set aside.
Heat wok.
Add 2 tablespoons oil; rotate to coat sides.
Add cabbage, bean sprouts, shrimp, onion and five spice powder.
(You can also add 1 teaspoon minced garlic for extra flavor.)
Cook, stirring, for about 2 minutes.
Add cornstarch mixture and blend well. Cool.
