Jalapeno Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 1/2 oz.) boxes Jiffy corn bread mix
    12 to 18 slices American cheese, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 to 4 bottled jalapeno peppers, chopped
    2 Tbsp. bottled jalapeno pepper juice
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (16 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix corn bread mix, cheese, onion, peppers, juice and garlic.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add oil, salt, milk and corn.
    Mix together well. Pour batter into a slightly greased 9 x 13-inch or 9-inch pan; bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serves 12.
