Spinach Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach or 1 1/2 lb. fresh spinach
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. grated onion
    3/4 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    6 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    spaghetti sauce
    Bisquick
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook spinach thoroughly, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
    Squeeze dry and chop up finely.
    Melt butter in skillet over moderate heat.
    Add spinach and onion, stirring constantly, for 2 to 3 minutes, until most of the moisture is absorbed.
    Add Ricotta cheese and cook 3 to 4 minutes longer, mixing well. Remove from heat and let cool.
