Skimburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    3 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 c. applesauce
    5 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
    5 Tbsp. Accent
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Shape loosely into burgers.
    Cook as you would any hamburger.
    They freeze beautifully.
