New York State Concord Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can frozen grape juice concentrate
    1 tsp. dried yeast
    2 1/2 c. sugar (very dry wine) or 3 c. sugar (very sweet wine)
    1 gal. jug water
Preparation
    You will need a 1 gallon jug and a large balloon (very important).
