Lebanese Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (2 1/2 lb.) fryer, cut in pieces or 4 to 6 chicken breasts
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt or to taste
    2 medium potatoes, peeled and cut in very large pieces
    2 onions, peeled and quartered or halved
    1/2 can tomato paste, mixed with 1 c. water or 2 small cans tomato sauce
    1/4 c. pine nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Salt and cinnamon chicken pieces. In a large skillet, melt the butter or margarine, then add the chicken and brown thoroughly on both sides. Add potatoes and onions. Add the tomato paste and water or the tomato sauce. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Serve over Lebanese Rice. Add pine nuts.
