Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cubed beef
    1 small bunch celery, diced
    4 tsp. salt
    2 c. tomato juice
    4 medium potatoes, cubed
    4 small onions, diced
    12 small carrots, cubed
    1/2 c. Minute tapioca
    1 c. beef bouillon soup
Preparation
    Use covered roasting pan.
    Put everything in at once.
    Do not brown meat.
    Once I have all the ingredients in the pan, I stir it to sort of mix all of it together.
    Cover and bake at 250\u00b0 for 4 hours or longer.
    Take off cover and turn up heat about 15 minutes, until the stew is consistency you like best.
