Thelma Treynor'S Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 squares unsweetened chocolate
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt chocolate in a saucepan.
    Combine sugar, flour and salt and add to melted chocolate.
    Gradually add milk.
    Boil slowly in a covered sauce pan for two minutes.
    Remove cover and boil until the mixture forms a soft ball in cold water (232\u00b0).
    Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla and butter.
    Beat at high speed with mixer for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Pour into greased pie plate.
