Vegetarian Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 ounce) can crescent rolls
    1 cup chopped cauliflower
    1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
    1 cup chopped broccoli
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup shredded carrots
    1/2 package Hidden Valley Ranch buttermilk salad dressing
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Spread crescent rolls flat on large cookie sheet.
    Blend the seams together and stretch as large as you can.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Let cool.
    Mix sauce ingredients together and spread on cooled crust.
    Put chopped vegetables on one at a time. Press into sauce.
    Sprinkle on cheddar cheese.
    Cut into pieces.
