Fresh Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 1 pkg. whole cranberries
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. apple cider
    grated rind (orange)
Preparation
    Dissolve sugar in cider and bring to a boil.
    Add orange rind, berries and cinnamon.
    Lower heat.
    Simmer uncovered 20 to 25 minutes.
    stir occasionally.
    Goes good with turkey, chicken or ham.
