Ham-It-Up Skillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
3/4 lb. cooked ham strips (1 1/2 c.)
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can onion soup, plus water to equal 2 c. liquid
1 1/3 c. Minute rice
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
6 stuffed green olives, sliced (optional)
Preparation

Heat oil in skillet, saute ham in oil.
Gradually stir in liquid.
Add rice.
Now cover skillet and simmer.
Add parsley and olives to garnish.
