Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. regular grits
    4 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 c. margarine
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Prepare grits with first 3 ingredients.
    Cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add eggs, milk, margarine and cheese to grits and cook until cheese melts.
    Serve warm.
