Pecan Crispies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. oleo
    2 1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream butter, shortening, sugar and eggs. Beat well. Sift dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture. Add nuts. Drop from teaspoon 2-inches apart onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
