Kidney Bean Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (15 oz.) cans red kidney beans
1 medium onion
1 large green or sweet red pepper
1/3 c. Cain's sweet relish
1 1/2 Tbsp. red horseradish
1/3 c. ketchup
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dried mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Drain liquid from beans through strainer and set aside.
Grind onion and pepper; press as much liquid out as possible through strainer.
Press liquid from sweet relish and horseradish. Dispose of liquid and mix all ingredients together.
Chill.
