Beer Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 bottle room temperature beer
1 egg yolk
Preparation

Mix together the flour and sugar. Stir in the beer, using a fork. Beat egg yolk. Grease pan lightly. Put in dough mix and then spread the beaten egg yolk over the top of the dough. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
