Teriburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. crushed ginger root or 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 lb. ground beef
    4 hamburger buns, split and buttered
Preparation
    Mix soy sauce, sugar, ginger and garlic.
    Shape meat into 4 patties.
    Place patties in shallow glass dish. Pour soy sauce mixture over patties.
    Cover; refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Remove patties from marinade.
    Place patties on grill 4 inches from hot coals.
    Cook about 7 minutes on each side, basting with reserved marinade.
    Serve in buns.
