Popcorn Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. corn syrup
1/3 c. water
1/4 c. oleo
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. vanilla
3 qt. popped corn
Preparation

Cook the first 5 ingredients in saucepan, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Continue cooking, without stirring, until it forms a brittle ball in cold water.
Add vanilla and stir just enough to fold it in.
Pour syrup slowly over popped corn.
With buttered hands, shape into balls.
