Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    15 or 16 soda crackers
Preparation
    Prepare crust for a double crust pie.
    Combine and boil sugar, water, oleo, cream of tartar, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla in a saucepan.
    On medium heat, bring to boil and boil 3 to 4 minutes. Break up crackers in the crust that's in a pie pan.
    Pour boiled mixture over crackers.
    Put top crust on and sprinkle a little sugar on top crust.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 30 minutes until golden brown.
