Chicken Broccoli Turnover - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
2/3 c. warm water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. chopped, cooked chicken or turkey
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. minced onion
3 1/4 c. flour (about)
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large warm bowl.
Add sugar, salt, margarine and 1 1/2 cups flour; beat until smooth.
Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough.
Knead 6 to 8 minutes.
Set in greased bowl; turn to grease top.
Cover; let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
Punch dough down; divide in half.
Roll each half into 10-inch circle.
