Savory Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c rice, medium grain
    1/2 c butter or margarine
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 can beef broth
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in butter; stir in all remaining ingredients and one soup can of water.
    Pour into casserole.
    Bake at 325 F for 1 hr.
    Let stand for several minutes before serving.
