Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or oleo
    6 large eggs
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. cake flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well.
    Add 1/2 of the flour and 1/2 of the cram.
    Mix well.
    Add remaining flour and cream.
    Add vanilla. Pour into a greased and floured 12-cup Bundt pan and put in cold oven.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Cool in pan for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Turn out on wire rack to finish cooling.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
