Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
2 c. chopped ripe bananas
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients into large bowl.
Add oil and eggs.
Stir until ingredients are moistened.
Do not beat.
Stir in bananas, nuts, vanilla and pineapple.
Bake in a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Remove from pan in about 10 minutes and cool on wire rack.
