Sesame Chinese Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Chinese noodles or any type thin pasta
    4 qt. cold water
    2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/3 c. sesame seed
    4 to 6 scallions
Preparation
    Boil noodles until al dente.
    Rinse cooked noodles under cold water.
