Mushroom Beef Tenderloin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. white wine (dry)
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. olive oil
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (5 to 6 lb.) beef tenderloin, trimmed
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/3 c. sliced green onions
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. Marsala wine
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
garlic salt
ground pepper
8 slices bacon
Preparation
-
Combine first 6 ingredients in bowl; stir well.
Place tenderloin in a large shallow dish; pour wine mixture over tenderloin.
Cover and marinate in fridge for 6 to 8 hours.
