Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. cooking oil (place oil in pan for cooking waffles)
Preparation

Beat until smooth with rotary beater. Heat oil to 360\u00b0.
Place 1/2 cup batter in a funnel. Hold finger under spout.
Release over oil moving different directions until funnel is empty. Cook until brown, then turn and brown.
Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
