Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 c. Bisquick
    1 lb. hot uncooked bulk sausage
Preparation
    Melt cheese in double boiler; mix well with Bisquick and sausage.
    Roll in small balls.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 400\u00b0. Serve hot.
    Can easily be frozen.
    Makes approximately 80 balls.
