Katie'S Favorite Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large sliced onions
    6 (10 oz.) cans chicken stock
    1 tsp. chopped garlic
    2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    shredded Mozzarella
Preparation
    Saute onions in small amount of oil.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer.
    Top with a generous amount of shredded Mozzarella and serve.
