Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    3 c. flour
    3 c. chopped apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Stir eggs, oil and sugar together.
    Add flour and vanilla, then apples and nuts.
    Mix well and place in slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Use tube pan, well-greased and floured.
