Sarah Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. torn iceberg lettuce
    2 c. curly endive
    2 c. romaine lettuce
    6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 medium red onion, sliced
    1 1/2 c. frozen peas, cooked
    1 c. Swiss cheese strips
    6 to 8 slices fried bacon, crumbled
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Alternate 3 layers of greens in bowl.
    Dot each layer with 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1/3 cup onions, peas and cheese.
    Sprinkle 1 teaspoon sugar, salt and pepper.
    Top with bacon.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight before mixing.
    Serves 8.
