Pat'S Pan-Fried Trout - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 trout fillets
Louisiana hot sauce
1 c. fish breading
olive oil
Preparation
-
Dip each fish fillet in bowl of hot sauce.
Then shake in paper bag with fish breading..
Heat olive oil in skillet.
Fry fillets 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
They should brown nicely and fish should flake.
