Green Bean Casserole(Makes 6 To 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen French-style green beans
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    3 to 4 tsp. finely grated onion
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese
    crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Cook green beans as usual; drain and set aside.
    Make a paste of the flour and butter, adding the sugar, salt and onion.
    Add sour cream and Swiss cheese.
    Gently fold in the green beans and spoon it into a greased casserole, covering with cornflakes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
