Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 lemons
1 box coconut
1 1/2 c. boiling water
3 oranges
4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour.
Cut oranges and lemons up in small pieces, not using rinds.
Cook until thick (like honey), then put mixture between layers.
Put 1/2 box of coconut in syrup mixture and put the rest of it on the top and sides of cake.
Decorate with pecan halves.
