Venison Medallions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 inch thick deer chops
peanut oil
garlic salt
milk
Worcestershire sauce
bread crumbs
salt and pepper
Preparation

Let chops reach room temperature.
Sprinkle with garlic salt and let stand 15 minutes.
Mix milk with Worcestershire, enough to give it a brown color.
Marinate chops in this mix about 10 minutes.
Roll in bread crumbs, season lightly and fry in very hot oil until golden brown.
