Apple Cinnamon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
3 c. apples, chopped fine
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease and flour Bundt pan.
Mix eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
Sift together flour, soda, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves, then add to egg mixture.
Add apples, raisins and nuts.
Cool 10 minutes.
Turn out then prick surface with toothpick.
Drizzel Glaze over cake.
