Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1/2 chopped bell pepper
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 to 3/4 soup can of milk or water
tortilla chips or corn tortillas
grated cheese
Preparation

Brown ground beef and drain. Add onion and bell pepper. Mix in a bowl Ro-Tel tomatoes, soup and milk or water. Layer in casserole dish the tortillas, beef mixture and soup mixture. Add grated cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly.
