Popcorn Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. popped popcorn
1/2 c. green onions, sliced
1 c. celery, diced
3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. chopped, cooked bacon, reserve some for topping
1 c. grated cheese, reserve some for top
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
Preparation

In bowl, combine popcorn, sliced onion, diced celery, mayonnaise, bacon, cheese and water chestnuts.
Chill.
Top with reserved bacon and grated cheese.
Best when served within 3 to 4 hours.
