My Mother-In-Law'S Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    3 1/2 oz. coconut
    2 Tbsp. plain flour
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine sugar and flour in a large bowl. Add butter, eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and 2/3 coconut.
    Mix well.
    Pour mixture into pie shell. Sprinkle with remaining coconut.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
