Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stewed hen or fryer
1 pkg. spaghetti
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small jar cheese whiz
1 c. sour cream
1 can, optional-green beans, peas or broccoli, drained
Preparation

Cook chicken, then debone the chicken.
Reserve the water that the chicken was cooked in, this is to be used to cook the spaghetti.
Lightly brown celery, green peppers, onion in 2 Tbsp. of bacon drippings or margarine.
Combine spaghetti with all other ingredients.
Add to taste any or all of the following seasonings: Black pepper, salt, garlic powder, oregano, ground cumin.
Place in baking dish and bake for 30 minutes (first 20 minutes covered with aluminum foil).
