Salmon Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 c. salmon
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. horseradish
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 c. crushed pecans
Preparation
    Combine first six items.
    Shape into desired mold.
    Chill overnight.
    Roll in crushed pecans.
    Serve with crackers.
